transitioning from hunting
and gathering to farming
in a landscape of human variation
no mention made
of the unruly and uncurated
to turn a phrase
regarding decision making
and insatiable motivations
skillfully calibrated
as manipulations of DNA
being sliced to specification
both raw and painful
and all in vain
post contemplation ...
